An H&M Haul
Yesterday, after putzing around the apartment until noon, I finally got ready and headed out to do some shopping! It's been a while since I spent an entire afternoon popping into a bunch of stores, not looking for anything in particular so I had a blast. I tried on things at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and Bebe to no avail... and then hit up H&M. Now, I'm not usually a fan of H&M due to the low quality and the fact that most of the clothing doesn't fit me since I'm really petite. I think I own 1 sweater and 1 belt from there, both of which were lucky finds. Plus, the store completely overwhelms me because it's huge and always crowded! The lines for the dressing rooms and registers are ridiculously long, and today was no exception.
However, today was a different story, at least in terms of finding clothes! I spent $91.02 after tax for 6 items. I rarely have big hauls of clothing like this, especially at only one store so I was really excited! :) Here's what I bought:
Did you go shopping this weekend? What did you buy?

I like the leopard print cardi and the blue dress! Didn't see either of those at the store. I'm pretty happy with my H&M haul too. $50 for a Fall jacket and some kids denim : )
I totally forgot about H&M. I did shop-at Express! I love shopping. You got some cute stuff.
Love H&M! Haven't been there in awhile though. Did spend some money at the Coach store and some other places trying to get my fall wardrobe ready. Love the cardigan!
Cool clothes. The dress is amazing. When did you go blonde?
I also looooove hoodies - and I really like the one you picked! I got a few things at H&M recently. it's decent for non-work clothes that don't need to last forever, and easier on the wallet than other stores!
@PAG - The H&M closest to me doesn't have a kids section, darn! Glad you got some good stuff :)
@Serendipity - There's a reason I don't go into Coach stores, haha. They take all my money!
@Sara - Thanks, and I've always been blonde. :)
@SP - Thanks! You're so right... stuff from there lasts me maybe 1-2 years of fairly frequent wear. But my wallet is happy!
I love that blue dress. I don't normally shop at H&M due to quality issues, but I'll definitely try and check it out.
I'm on the hunt for some fall hoodies! I also have a stack of Nordstrom notes burning a hole in my pocket. Think it's time for new boots.
No shopping for me over the weekend, but I've been meaning to say thanks for the rec on the crossbody bag in a previous post! Was able to snag one at Marshalls. It holds a lot of stuff! :)
Yeah, I bought two tops and a skirt - all very summery and I can't wait to wear them! I went to Valleygirl, which yeah, is cheap and cheerful, and probably won't last more than two or three years.
I am very jealous of those prices - <$10 for tops! (I mean, I get that H&M must be pretty low-end, but that is dirt cheap for something brand new.)
